Roxie was a woman Sephy Hadley met in Mercy Community Hospital. She had just had a son called Sam. Roxie had 3 sisters and a brother called Jaxon Robbins. Jaxon had came to visit her in hospital and Roxie introduced him to Sephy. At first Jaxon was very rude to Sephy but when Roxie told him who she was he was much nicer. Sephy asked him about his guitar and asked him to sing. Roxie told her not to "encourage him because he really will do it". After Roxie left hospital Sephy didn't have any more contact with her although she did briefly play in Jaxon's band, The Midges.
